Jamie

Research Specialist

At F'inn, Jamie does what she loves most: getting to know people and figuring out what makes them tick. She runs mixed-methods studies and UX evaluations on the frontier of tech– working on AI Assistants, AI Characters, Wearables, and Frontier AI models. But her range runs wide, spanning brand perception, journey mapping, and product strategy. She loves a good exploratory, generative study, and across all of it, qualitative work is where her heart is.

Background

Jamie's path to research started behind a camera- photographing portraits, and discovering how much she loved understanding people. That curiosity pulled her toward UX, the sweet spot between the creative and the analytical, and she's pursued research and strategy ever since. Coming from an agency background, she's juggled many projects at once, guiding startups toward product-market fit and helping established companies shape product strategy and service design across the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch. A true champion for research, she's active in the research community, hosting and co-hosting research meetups, including with F'inn. Outside of work, you'll still find her shooting film photography or dancing to disco.

What is it like to work at F'inn?

F'inn is a place where creativity truly thrives! We get to dig into challenging questions together and design unique studies that solve genuinely complex, interesting problems. Everyone here is so kind (and funny, too!). It's a collaborative, encouraging environment where we're always pushing each other's thinking. I feel lucky to grow alongside this team every day.
