Rae
Project Coordinator

Rae is the resident data wrangler at F'inn. She has a talent for finding the structure inside complex problems, designing systems that keep work moving, and making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. Her eye for detail and ability to zoom out keep the team and the work running smoothly.
Background
Before joining F'inn, Rae's career took her from a wine lab in Napa, to biomedical research, where she developed a deep instinct for rigorous process and high-stakes detail work. Most recently, she built the internal systems that kept a data privacy consulting firm on track. She has since pursued certifications in project management and workflow design, reflecting a commitment to building systems that actually work.
What is it like to work at F'inn?
F'inn is the kind of place where projects are always evolving with new puzzles to solve, perfect for me as a crossword lover. My colleagues are genuine, talented, and generous with their time. People here show up as themselves, and that makes the collaboration feel real. Outside of work, you can find me biking Portland's greenways, playing guitar at local open mics, or sewing my own sweatshirts.
